It's In The Details
Today I felt like I hit a brick wall. Leviticus slowed the pace of the reading quite a bit. We went from strong storytelling to God's specific details on building the tabernacle. I had to use every reading technique I've ever learned. In the end I sat back thinking about the passage and looked at my journal--where I wrote Leviticus 10:10.
It's all in the details...
What was sin, how it was handled, how to be atoned, etc. God shared it all with Moses. I realized life for me is different, changed, because of Jesus. I was thankful because I couldn't image the sacrifices made when I get queasy at the sight of blood.
In the end, I had a strong feeling that sin is sin and Jesus paid the ultimate price for me.
